Born in Hong Kong, raised in the nearby Macau. George Lei has experience with many instruments. He first played the piano when he was 5. He then picked the bass up when he was 10. During middle school and high school, he started playing bass for different bands. Also during that time, he has developed an interest for different instruments. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia in Computer Science and minored in Music Technology.
Bubbly
Playing Nintendo Games, reading and surfing the web for interesting topics. (Theology is my main interest right now)
I play piano/keys, guitar, bass/double bass, ukulele, drums and melodion well. I recently tried the trumpet and I really want to continue learning it...
My friend's mother was a extra-curricular course coordinator and she wanted me to play the bass. I got stuck with it and I bought a bass myself before "the world ended" (20 December 2012).
I had to play the piano when I was 5 like "every other Asian" as I would say. I got really bored after Grade 5 of ABRSM so I stopped playing classical and moved on to ear-playing the newest hits.
Bach and Handel, because I love classical music from the baroque period, Foo Fighters and Red Hot Chili Peppers for rock. I also look up to Tyler Joseph from Twenty One Pilots because he is a multi-instrumentalist like me.
